HOW TO BREW USUCHA (THIN) MATCHA TEA: FOR AN ENERGIZING ANTI-OXIDANT PACKED CUP OF DRINKING MATCHA...

1. Sift 1/2 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl.
2. Add 2-4 oz of hot water (about 80°C/176°F).
3. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.
4. Add water to taste + enjoy your matcha tea.
